* Check in: 3.00 pm * Check out: 10.00 am * Guests are welcome to park your car in front of the house. Prices per apartment/room and day. Surcharge for short stays 1-3 days € 5.00 per person per day. Rates include daily cleaning of the apartments,no kitchen (except Sunday), as well as the final cleaning. The guest tax of € 3,80 per person per night is not included. Children under 14 years do not pay the guest tax. In case of early departure or late arrival the full room price will be charged. Price subject to Change. Cancellation Policy: * In case of cancellations or changes more than 60 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of cancellations or changes up to 45 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged. * In case of cancellations and changes from 45 days before arrival date or in case of no show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
